International Program

Dr. Pan’s current areas of research interests include bio-informatics and health informatics using big data analysis, cloud computing and machine learning technologies. He published more than 450 papers including over 250 journal papers, among which more than 100 papers were published in IEEE/ACM Transactions/Journals, editing and authoring 43 books. He is the recipient of many awards including “Best Paper Awards”, “IEEE BIBE Outstanding Achievement Award” and “IEEE Outstanding Leadership Award”. As a Fellow of AIMBE, RSPH, IET and JSPS, he has worked as guest professor/chair professor of renowned universities including Tsinghua University, Peking University and Zhejiang University.
